Nomination papers for elected town offices are now available in my office. The annual town election will be held Monday, May 17. Offices that will be on the ballot are: Board of Selectmen--2 seats; Library Board of Trustees--2 seats; Planning Board--2 seats; Local School Committee--1 seat; Local & Regional School Committee--1 seat; Board of Health--1 seat. The positions of Town Clerk, Moderator and Constable will also be on the ballot.
The last day to take out papers is Thursday, March 25th. The last day to file completed papers is Monday, March 29th. Please contact me if you have any questions.

The Public Records Law allows ten (10) days to fulfill a request for a public record. However, in most cases we are able to accommodate your request within a day. To request copies of records or any research of documents, you may make a request in person or you may write to us at the Boxborough Town Hall (address given above). If there is a cost for a document, please note the amount given for the relevant document and include a check payable to "The Town of Boxborough" with your request.
